Shipping costs and times
Some shipping methods offered are "traceable" and, therefore, can be constantly followed during the various stages of shipping. However, this service is not available for all orders. You will have the possibility to choose the shipping method of your package directly on the purchase page.
The orders placed are normally delivered on the working day following the order. Shipments within the EU can take more than 7 working days. Shipping to non-EU countries may take more than 2 weeks.
Orders shipped with Tracking nr tend to arrive faster. As soon as the package is delivered to the courier you will receive a tracking number that will give you details on the delivery situation.
1. The main objective is to ensure that the order reaches its destination as soon as possible. At
the moment of purchase, the products received and the delivery details
provided are always available to customers and / or recipients (always
verify that they are correct).
2. We can not take any responsibility for any losses incurred by the customer or recipient, in terms of non-refundable shipping costs and / or additional costs for the delivery of the goods or for the replacement of the goods.
3. In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us by phone or e-mail within three days from the date of receipt of the order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its contents.
Please do not send products without first contacting us and receiving an RMA number.
Refunds are possible, by the forwarder, if the shipment is insured. The costs for the departure shipment and the import duty are not reimbursable. The same applies to the costs incurred for the return and for the insurance of the item, unless otherwise agreed.
As already stated in the "Terms and Conditions", the responsibility is borne by the customer / recipient once the order has been shipped.
