Mortadella
La Mortadella, already known in Roman times, is a product of delicatessen made with pork, it is finely ground, mixed with lard, lightly flavored with spices, stuffed and then cooked. Mortadella is an extremely versatile product and used in various preparations. It can be eaten sliced paired with bread or cut into cubes as an appetizer.
