Fruit juices

Fruit juice is the result of squeezing, with consequent separation of the pulpy part of different fruits. Fruit juices like oranges or apples are very common and their consumption has increased in recent years due to their nutritional qualities.
The juices can be concentrated and therefore require the addition of water. For the production of fruit juices we use techniques such as evaporation, drying and pasteurization.
