Prosecco COìNE Superiore Docg Extra Dry
Prosecco is one of the Italian excellences as well as one of the company's flagship products.
This variant of Prosecco Superiore Docg reflects a quality wine that comes from the grapes of the well-known hills of Valdobbiadene belonging to the Glera vine, the basis for the production of Prosecco.
This Docg has a vinification with the traditional white method at a controlled temperature and is worked with the long Charmat method. The organoleptic characteristics of this wine reflect a straw yellow color enlivened by a fine and persistent perlage.
The emanated perfume is elegant and intense, with hints of fruity aromas; the soft and savory flavor.
It is an extra dry, therefore it has a dry taste enriched by slight sweet notes: excellent as an aperitif and as a wine to accompany the meal, it is best expressed with light dishes, especially with fish-based dishes. Also excellent in combination with delicate pasta, cheeses and white meats.
The residual sugar of this Prosecco is 17 gr./lt; the alcohol percentage is 11% and the ideal serving temperature is between 8 and 10 ° C. Wine with a low sulfur dioxide content.
