Prosecco COìNE Superior Docg Brut
Prosecco obtained from the soft pressing of Glera grapes produced in the vineyards of the Valdobbiadene hills; this Prosecco Superiore is vinified with the traditional method in white at a controlled temperature.
The processing method is a long Charmat, therefore with a longer stop of the sparkling wine in the yeasts. The wine obtained has a straw yellow color. It is a prosecco with intense and elegant aromas and a fresh and delicate flavor, perfect for any occasion.
Its fine and persistent perlage makes it suitable for various combinations; it goes best with delicate and light dishes based on pasta and rice.
Also excellent to accompany an entire meal and, as a good prosecco, to be used as an aperitif. The alcohol percentage is 11%, while the residual sugar is 10 g. / lt: this Prosecco Superiore Docg is in fact a brut, therefore it is a dry and not sweet wine. A prosecco with guaranteed quality, like all the wines produced by our company, pleasant and harmonious, ideal for all occasions, with a slightly fruity aroma and to be savored at a temperature between 6 and 8 ° C. Wine with low content of sulfur dioxide.
