I vini di sono di produzione certificata, prodotti DOC e DOCG ottenuti da uve coltivate e cresciute nell’alto trevigiano: vini di eccellenza adatti ad ogni circostanza, ideali per pasteggiare e/o anche per il brindisi.

Il nostro Prosecco è garanzia di qualità, che enfatizza i grandi valori della tradizione del nostro territorio.
Quella tradizione che riprende quanto fatto dalle precedenti generazioni a partire da inizio del Novecento; un’ attitudine, quella a produrre vini di ottima qualità, che prende il via da lì e che si è sviluppata nel tempo sbarcando anche in rete e portando oggi l’azienda ad essere un punto di riferimento per la vendita online di vini e Prosecchi.

PROSECCO DOC EXTRA DRY (LT 0,75/BT)-Sweet

Prosecco VNC Doc EXTRA DRY


This Prosecco is a brut and therefore has a not very sweet and rather dry taste: little presence of sugar and many bubbles to tickle the palate.
Like all prosecco, it is born from grapes of the Glera vine, it is a DOC wine and is produced with the traditional method in white at a controlled temperature. Processed with the long Charmat method, it has a total acidity of 5.7 gr./lt and a residual sugar equal to 10 gr./lt. The alcohol percentage is 11%.
For organoleptic characteristics, it is a wine with a fine and persistent perlage and an intense aroma. The flavor is rather fresh and delicate and offers excellent sensations when combined with delicate first courses based on pasta, rice and various cheeses.

Like all Proseccos produced by our company, this brut is also quite versatile and can be used successfully in various contexts, first of all that of the aperitif.
A quality wine, expression of the territory in which it is produced, born from the passion and meticulous work that Carlo Bisol Solighetto puts in every bottle. The serving temperature, to best savor it, is rather low, between 6 and 8 ° C.
