VITICULTURE: Timorasso. Density 4,600 plants per hectare. Few treatments are applied to plants, using only copper, sulfur and natural algae fertilizers. The soil is enriched exclusively with organic matter.
VINIFICATION: This wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and in contact with the skins. It is aged in steel tanks for 2 years where it decants naturally without the need for filtration. A minimal amount of sulfur dioxide is applied and only if necessary.
STYLE: Gold color. The nose combines spicy and herbaceous notes contained. Burning acid, high alcohol content and chalky minerality are the pillars of the wine. They are lined up with a powerful, rich and vibrant medium palate, a full-bodied structure and a long finish.
MAIN FEATURES: The aging in the bottle is the clue. After 5 years, the minerality will be more flint and the overall complexity more intense with notes of graphite, musk and petroleum. After 10-12 years, the wine will acquire a lacy delicacy and a silky texture. Serve at each step cold (16ºC), but not cold to access its unique personality.
