Sparkling wine VNC Cuvèe Brut Millesimato
Sparkling wine with a straw yellow color and a fresh delicate flavor, resulting from the second fermentation with the long Charmat method. The base wine is an assembly of grapes of different varieties, as indicated by the term Cuvèe. More specifically, the sparkling wine produced by our company is obtained from white hill grapes that typically produce medium-sized, round, yellow-green grapes that turn golden yellow when ripe.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and the second fermentation takes place with the long Charmat method, a derivation of the Charmat method with a long period of maturation in contact with the yeasts.
The resulting product is a fresh, delicate sparkling wine with a fine, persistent and intense bouquet - a brut with a sugar residue of 10 g / liter, 11% alcohol and a low sulfur dioxide content. Given its characteristics, this wine is ideal to accompany light pasta or rice dishes and fish dishes. Excellent as an aperitif and ideal served at 6-8 degrees.
