Gastronomy

(from the Greek γαστήρ = belly and νόμος = law) is the set of culinary techniques and arts; that is, good food.
Italy can boast a noteworthy and varied gastronomic tradition and numerous products are among the excellences of this category. These gastronomic products are rooted in the various local traditions that we find scattered throughout the peninsular territory and very often, when we buy one of these products, we also buy a part of what is Italian history.
